2. SMS Messaging Program

By submitting your phone number through our website form or Facebook lead ad, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from North Reach Media. Our SMS program includes the following types of messages:

Confirmation messages acknowledging receipt of your vehicle inquiry
Follow-up messages to discuss your vehicle details and selling timeline
Status updates regarding your inquiry
Promotional messages related to our vehicle buying services

Message frequency will vary and is based on your inquiry status and our follow-up schedule. You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry unless you opt out sooner.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Re-Opting In

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, US Cellular, and other major US carriers.

5. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit your information through our website or lead forms. By submitting your information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. North Reach Media does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted their information, we will delete it promptly.
